Account Executive:
Zeektek is seeking an outgoing and experienced Tech Staffing Industry Account Executive to join our amazing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is a go-getter and looking to join a fun, young, fast growing organization as we expand into new markets. Growth opportunities are abundant. We desire sales candidates with a proven track record in Tech Staffing. Preferred location is any Major CA Market Place (SF Bay Area, LA, OC, SD, and Sacramento). Unless you reside in the Sacramento Area, you must be open to initally being fully remote.
The Account Executive will support the business development process as well as manage client accounts brought in.
Essential Job Duties
Establish focused business development
Execute client visits ensuring customer satisfaction
Assess client company position requirements, write complete job orders and appropriately match candidates to meet client needs and expectations
Determine pricing to meet or exceed pricing guidelines while maintaining a competitive level in the marketplace
Follow-up on all existing business to ensure retention, quality control and development of new business
Proactively seek new avenues to penetrate clients and attract candidates
Active participation in professional and civic organizations designed to build networking database
Establish and maintain relationships with a variety of recruiting sources
Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews with prospective candidates
Accurately maintain applicant tracking system (Bullhorn).
Check candidate s references, edit resumes, and other tasks
Develop lead lists, do research on potential clients, and update information on current clients
25-50% of travel time expected outside the office for client meetings
Requirements
2-5 years of technical staffing agency experience
Documented, successful attainment of previously established goals
An ability to work in a very fast paced, team environment
Ability to fully leverage all processes and technology tools to more productively deliver results
Ability to successfully interface with clients (both internal and external)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven track record in client development and revenue generation
Bachelor s Degree
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments
Can handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
Working Conditions
Office environment
Must be okay sitting for extending periods of time
Standing desks available
Must be okay working in an environment with consistent phone conversations happening
