Purdue University Fort Wayne is seeking an Administrative Clerk for Campus Credentials and Transportation.

* Configures and runs utilities such as import/export and modify tools to batch load large data changes into Blackboard Transact to add, clear, or archive data in the system.

* Configures and runs routine maintenance utilities as needed to export or modify system data.

* Manages and supervises the entry and printing of ID Cards in Blackboard Transact, so that the processing, accounting, and reporting is performed accurately and in a timely fashion.

* Trains employees on how to utilize Blackboard Transact and on the entry and printing of ID Cards and Security Badges in card software.

* Coordinates with our BBOne representative in finding, speaking with, and bring on board new clients for our Don Dollars services.

* Provides inventory management of cards, lanyards, ribbon, laminate, and order supplies as needed.

* Performs initial trouble shooting on site for all readers, electronic door hardware, copiers, PHIL stations and ID Card software and works with onsite electrician to repair.

* Logs calls to Blackboard and CCure support teams; communicates and works with them to solve equipment or software problems.

* Serves as a resource and collaborates with Purdue West Lafayette, ITAP, and Blackboard support to discuss future upgrades of Blackboard Transact, Reporting System, IDWorks, and TruCredentials.

* Grants or changes rights to user groups as needed for Meal Plans, Don Dollars, Copy Cards, and Electronic Door Access.

* Modifies and updates customer record information.

* Creates and runs reports from Blackboard Transact on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.

* Assists in configuring reports for on campus departments/vendors.

* Assists the Business Office in running reports to reconcile BBOne vendors.

* Work at Walb information desk by issuing Mastodon ID cards, campus keys, and rental vehicles. Also, by providing directions, giving vending machine refunds, answer questions and provide information to Faculty, Staff and Students upon request.

* Serve as Interim Office Manager, as necessary.

* Prepares all vehicle requests for university travel for students, faculty, and staff.

**Cont.**

* Maintains all records related to university fleet such as vehicle mileage, maintenance, cleaning, statements for vehicle gas cards, damage claims and drop off/return of rental cars used for university travel.

* Corresponds/negotiates with rental agency on rental vehicle availability, billing accuracy and damage claims.

* Receives billing invoices from rental agency, verifies accuracy, and signs for payment.

* Prepares internal billing for fleet vehicle rentals.

* Processes all key requests for students, faculty and staff.

* Maintains records concerning the university keys database: key check in and return, lost key charges, cut keys, maintain inventory of keys.

* Prepares various documents in an efficient and timely manner including, office correspondence, daily cash counts, credit card machine, fax machine charges and timecards.

* Creates, updates, and maintains the departmental website, including troubleshooting errors and broken links.

* Works with Qualtrics to find and fix errors on departmental online forms.

* High school diploma or GED.

* Three years of experience in a technical support position running reports and maintaining data integrity.

* Computer skills in word processing, database and spreadsheets.

* Exceptional customer service and organizational skills.

* Experience with Blackboard Transact and SQL.

* Knowledge of university processes and ERP system.
