**Roles and Responsibilities**
**Role** : Head, Marketing R&D (Laboratory Analytical Services)
**Objective**: To play key role as a Head Marketing and responsible for achieving targets of business from all the Ramky Enviro Labs.
**Key Role & Responsibilities**:
* Responsible for achieving targets of Lab Business - Plan, Execution & Development
* Apply marketing skills to get external business in terms of environmental monitoring annual contracts from various industries and other agencies.
* To get annual contracts and carryout environmental of all Ramky enviro consultancy division and internal service to our sister concerns.
* To enhance lab business to handling of special wastes (critical waste) and research studies (reagent optimization / stabilization studies/ new recipes)
* To market Ramky Enviro Labs for research studies to private and government agencies as per their need including validation studies
* To get business from industries/ other agencies for environmental compliance management services including submission of periodical and annual reports to regulatory agencies as per rules
* Responsible for Customer Relationship Management
* To Co-ordinate with all Business Managers/ Executives in implementing the Business Plans
* Any other job assigned by Reporting Manager
**Qualification and Experience:**
M.Sc In Chemistry (Environmental/ Analytical/Organic Chemistry)
M.Tech in Industrial Chemistry
MBA Marketing from reputed institute
Experience: 12-14 years
Knowledge on solid/hazardous waste management shall be a plus point.
Good Communication and analytical skills with business acumen are the top most priorities.
