**What You'll Do**
* Deliver excellent professional customer service to guests and owners
* Facilitate rental check-ins and ensure a smooth rental experience for guests
* Coordination of rental property cleaning and maintenance
* Perform property inspections
* Other various administrative duties
**What You'll Need**
* High School diploma or equivalent.
* Ability to work weekends and flexible hours required.
* One+ years vacation rental industry or hotel front office experience preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Strong communication skills verbal and written.
* Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers at all levels.
* Ability to multi-task prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
* Knowledge of the Ocean City area preferred
