We are now actively seeking a Customer Service Specialist for this location. The Customer Service Specialist provides a high level of service to both internal and external customers. He or she sets up and manages customer accounts, receives and processes specific customer requests, processes invoices, reconciles accounts, and supports our Route Service team as needed.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

* Must be at least 18 years old

* High school diploma or GED required; some college or an Associate's degree preferred

* At least one year of business-to-business (B2B) customer service/account management experience in a fast paced environment

* Professional phone manner and exceptional communication skills

* Typing/data entry experience

* Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills

* Bilingual, (English/Spanish)

* Basic accounting clerical/bookkeeping skills preferred

* Must have a highly reliable work performance record

* Must pass extensive pre-employment checks (including background check and drug test)
