Intake Specialist, Rehabilitation and Recovery (M-F 9am-5pm)

Rehabilitation and recovery services are designed for individuals living in the community who live with serious mental illness. Our team helps individuals obtain housing, employment, mental health services, and more.

What to expect.

This is a direct care opportunity to exercise your independent judgement and assess and enroll clients in the appropriate services when they first enter into the rehabilitation and recovery program(s). Your efforts will be a part of ensuring a successful transition for each client.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Educating clients and families/support systems about available services.
  • Providing linkages to outside providers as needed.
  • Performing administrative tasks related to internal and external enrollment requirements.

What we need from you.
  • A high school diploma or GED, bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Two years of positively referenced work, student, or volunteer work.
  • A driver's license with 3-points or less and access to an insured vehicle.
