As a Salesforce Solutions Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading the technical aspects of Salesforce implementation projects for our diverse client base. You will be responsible for providing technical expertise, guiding project teams, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet our clients' business requirements. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to drive successful Salesforce implementations


  • Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs and translating them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Architect and configure Salesforce platform features, including customization, integration, and data migration, to meet project objectives.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and consultants, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented team culture.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Conduct code reviews, perform quality assurance testing, and ensure adherence to coding standards and security protocols.
  • Stay updated on the latest Salesforce technologies and trends, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance our service offerings and improve project delivery.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Prior Consulting experience is preferred
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce Lightning Platform, Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security framework.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully leading technical teams and driving project outcomes.
