**When you join our team, youll be:**
* Learning different building systems, technology and following procedures and policies
* Taking action to prevent potential threats by monitoring and patrolling area
* Following direct protocol and documenting any responses thoroughly
* Communicating clearly to customers, clients, and team members
* Observing and maintaining checkpoints and entrances
* Verbally de-escalating conflict
* Completing additional security training
**Shift & Schedule:** Monday-Friday, hours vary between 0700-2100
* Room to Grow
* Jobs are classified as Essential
* Complete tasks individually but work as a Team
* Flexible Day Shift Hours
**Requirements:**
* You **must** be 18 years old
* For safety reasons, you must be able to speak English proficiently
* A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required.
* Past security experience required
**Education Requirements (Any)**
High School Diploma/GED
