Head of People Operations with a Quality Assurance background - Clinical Pharmaceuticals cGMP

As the Head of People Operations for the QA department, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our commitment to quality and cGMP compliance. Your responsibilities will include leading the Quality Assurance team, where you'll be hands-on in planning, executing, and overseeing policies and programs.
Although the technical QA aspects come with the role, the ultimate focus is the people! You will have the opportunity to shape the team's culture and structure, making strategic decisions that impact their operations. You will bring the personality, drive, urgency and impact the way the entire QA team looks at their work.
Your leadership skills will be essential in guiding and mentoring our talented team members.
We're looking for candidates with experience in the clinical trial supply/clinical services industry, such as packaging and labeling or healthcare logistics.
Strong leadership skills and a track record of making impactful decisions are a must!
