Role Description

This is a full-time senior loan officer role at Synergy One Lending, Inc. The senior loan officer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as finance, underwriting, customer service, and loan origination. This is a hybrid role, primarily located in Chagrin Falls, OH, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Loan Officers: The candidate should have experience as a loan officer and be familiar with the mortgage lending process.
• Finance: Strong finance skills are required, including knowledge of financial analysis and lending regulations.
• Underwriting: The candidate should have experience in underwriting loans and assessing creditworthiness.
• Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills are essential for this role.
• Loan Origination: Experience in loan origination and the ability to generate new business is a plus.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Relevant skills and qualifications in areas such as financial planning, real estate, and sales would also be beneficial for this role.
