Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the departmental structure for the North American region and collaborate effectively with other departments;
• Lead the federal and state policy interpretation and government relations development in North American region;
• Responsible for market development, strategy implementation and personnel recruitment in North American region;
• Communicate with research institutes, universities and other local organizations for information on frontier technological developments related to cathode materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above, engineering background is preferred;
• 8-10 years of experience in North America regional business operation, experience in automotive manufacturing and new energy industry is preferred;
• Both English and Mandarin Chinese as working languages are preferred;
• Solid communication skills, with good strategic insight and management ability.
