As an Apprentice Crop Adjuster you will be working alongside an experienced adjuster in your area with the expectation that you will advance in the field of crop adjusting. Daily task will include on the job training, conducting appraisals of damaged crops, assisting with gathering and documenting claim information, taking photos, preparing claim paperwork, and communicating with policy holders.
Job Responsibilities
* Completing field inspections
* Reviewing claim paperwork and auditing claims
* Reading maps & measuring acreage
* Determining production to count for claim purposes
* Collecting required claim documentation
* Working with and assisting experienced adjusters
* Travel to work claims
* Attend company meetings and trainings
* Conduct business professionally and ethically
* Communicate with policy holders
* Provide excellent customer service

Education
* High school diploma or equivalent
