**Responsibilities**
* Promptly writing up all used vehicles in the service queue used vehicles and customer cars alike.
* Perform vehicle walk around, gather vehicle information. Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the vehicle appraiser or customer.
* Reviewing vehicle repair histories and verifying the need for maintenance and/or manufacturer recalls.
* Promoting the sales of labor, parts and accessories: Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for parts and labor.
* Establishing and communicating an accurate promise time to the sales department/customer.
* Monitoring the progress of each vehicle throughout the day and updating customers as needed.
* Communicating MultiPoint estimates to the customer and sending the customer the individualized report with recommendation photos attached.
* Working with other shop employees to facilitate vehicle repairs.
* Verifying the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order.
* Contacting the customer to advise of completion.
* Explaining all complete work and charges to customer.
* Cashier customers, taking payment via cash, check or credit card either in person or remotely.
* Perform active delivery, walking customers to completed vehicle and ensuring satisfaction.
* Ensuring proper shop efficiency by actively managing dispatch of vehicles to technicians.
* Making immediate supervisor aware of all operation facility needs/personnel concerns
* Performing other duties assigned by immediate supervisors.
