**2nd Shift Customer Service Representative Energy New Jersey**

RCS has an immediate need for a 2nd Shift Call Center Representatives in New Jersey with the option of full time or part time. Day would conclude around 8:00PM or 9:00PM. This is a long-term contract assignment with an anticipated length of 3 years. Our client is seeking an outgoing, self-motivated individual looking for a company where they can continue to grow their skill set! RCS offers a competitive salary and an excellent benefits package.

****COVID-19 Vaccination****

They help thousands of businesses and individuals reduce energy use and lower bills through the energy programs that we design, market, implement and measure. ****Key Responsibilities****

* Deliver first contact resolution and positive interactions when connecting with program participants through phone calls (inbound and outbound), chat, emails, and mail.

* Complete data entry and validation to process incentives.

* Be friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in fulfilling the needs of customers.

* Uphold our Clients ideals and foster a high-energy, team-focused environment built on positive interactions.

* Complete inbound and outbound calls to existing customers to address various customer-related needs. Examples may include appointment scheduling, providing general program information, resolving customer complaints, and walking a customer through a rebate process.

* Complete assigned outbound calls to retain customers or to make new offers to utility customers. Other outbound calls as needed.

* Accurately document and update customer records in the correct computer system.

* Key in data from submitted forms and validate data against databases.

* Follow process flows, scripting, FAQs, and procedural documents to ensure accurate information is provided. Become an SME in the programs you support.

* Maintain high performance in all KPIs for your programs.

* Maintain high levels of confidentiality.

* Offer process improvement suggestions to improve the customer experience.

* Various administrative duties as assigned.

****Minimum Requirements****

* High School Diploma or GED

* Experience in customer service

* Must foster a safe and inclusive work environment

* High reliability regarding attendance and punctuality

* Proficient in Windows based computer programs

* Excellent listening, telephone, verbal, and written communication skills

* Must be a New Jersey resident

* Must be bilingual Spanish/English

****Preferred Requirements****

* Experience in an inbound/outbound sales environment

* Ability to work flexible hours, split shifts

* Bilingual; English/Spanish
