Who you are:

The Customer Service Support Representative will be the face of NEO Lab, working with our various clients to input prescriptions for a variety of orthodontic appliances. As you gain tenure you are required to learn about basic oral structure, tooth anatomy, tooth numbering systems and a wide variety of basic orthodontic appliances, with many minor variations, and their functions. This position can require overtime hours, as needed, in times of increased workload.

ABOUT OUR CLIENT:

Our client NEOlab, or New England Orthodontic Laboratory, is a family-owned and family-run orthodontics manufacturer serving the Boston area. They are located in Andover, MA and are home to more than 120 employees.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Input patient data from doctors' prescriptions for orthodontic models or appliances
  • Field phone inquiries and operate a multi-line phone system
  • Make phone calls to doctor's offices to clarify or request missing information
  • Help with remakes and repairs when needed
  • Use UPS World Ship
  • Ability to multitask and cross train when needed in other areas
  • Follow detailed directions
  • Problem solve as needed
  • Learn when to ask for assistance and when to independently make decisions
  • Work as a team player
  • Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Work in a stationary position for several hours at a time
  • Look at a computer screen for several hours at a time
