The Role:

This position is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, energetic individual to join our Case Management team. We provide full service, back office support for independent financial advisors. The Case Manager to gather all of the necessary documents and requirements of an application, and follow it through the various stages of underwriting through completion. During this time it is the responsibility of the Case Manager to provide constant communication with the agent and the insurance carrier. Every interaction with our representatives be positive and supportive demonstrating commitment to having a true partnership with them.


Responsibilities:

  • Processing of incoming life insurance and annuity applications; ensuring that every application is complete with the correct paperwork, requirements and signatures.
  • Working closely with various departments including Contracting, Field Support Representatives, and Administration.
  • Responding to inquiries from agent and insurance carriers via phone and email.
  • Proactively provide application status updates too agents.
  • Training and onboarding new advisors on our application submittal process.
  • Keeping up to date on industry, insurance carrier and underwriting updates.
