Description
- Lead multiple high-end residential and commercial projects from inception through completion.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are completed to the highest quality standards, on time, and within budget.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Manage and mentor project managers, ensuring they have the support and guidance needed to succeed.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
- Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and high-quality work.
- Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and clients.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to project success.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment across all project teams.
Profile
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Proven experience with high-end residential and commercial projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
