Description

  • Lead multiple high-end residential and commercial projects from inception through completion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects are completed to the highest quality standards, on time, and within budget.
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Manage and mentor project managers, ensuring they have the support and guidance needed to succeed.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
  • Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and high-quality work.
  • Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and clients.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to project success.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment across all project teams.

Profile

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
  • Proven experience with high-end residential and commercial projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
