Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

The Maintenance Mechanic ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions. This is a second shift position with training required on First Shift. Training is usually three months but could be adjusted based on incumbent's learning progress.

Qualifications:

Solid, stable work history with a minimum of three years of experience as a maintenance mechanic

Manufacturing experience preferred.

High School diploma or equivalent

Technical or Trade Education preferred.

Ability to read, write and understands and communicate effectively in English.

Willingness to work in a team environment and participate in safety/quality/production improvement activities
