Compensation:
Salary potential $50,000- $60,000*

Requirements (please do not apply for this position if you do not meet all requirements below):
Experience from a litigation law firm.
Bachelor s degree from an accredited institution preferred.
Proficiency in case analysis and writing, case management software and MS Office Suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to track and meet critical deadlines.
General Responsibilities include:
- Direct communication with our clients.
- Gather and summarize medical records, bills, accident reports, interview clients and witnesses.
- Assist attorneys with drafting and reviewing of pleadings, discovery, and other legal documents.
- Monitor and facilitate client medical care and maintain client information.
- Maintain accurate and timely communication with all parties related to ongoing cases.
- Assist attorneys with hearings, depositions, and trials.
- Professional communication with all parties involved in client representation including office staff.
