One of our leading Financial Planning Offices is expanding operations to better service their growing client base.
YOUR ROLE:
As a direct point of contact for prospects and clients, you will be responsible for the delivery of administrative tasks within the office.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- First-line of contact for prospective and current clients of the firm
- CRM data entry, enter notes, update workflows
- Inbound and outbound call support
- Mail and ship packages
- Upkeep office physical appearance
- Document and update client records
- Processing paperwork and client requests
- Communicate with insurance companies regarding policies
- Calendar management
- Meeting & events scheduling and coordination
WHY YOU ARE THE RIGHT PERSON:
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative or client services function
- 1+ years of experience working at a professional services business (accounting, legal, financial planning, etc.)
- Excellent verbal/written communications skills, computer skills (MS Office), and attention to detail
