**Jr. Order Fulfillment Associate**
**Department:** Distribution **Location:** Waltham, MA
Nova is seeking a Jr. Order Fulfillment Associate to work in the Warehouse of our Waltham, MA location. The Jr. Order Fulfillment Associate's main responsibility is the picking of finished goods within the Distribution area. The Jr. Order Fulfillment Associate will use documented procedures and good judgement to ensure inventory is picked accurately and in the order defined.
**Essential Responsibilities and Accountabilities:**
Pick orders as assigned. Ensure material is delivered to Shipping in the appropriate packaging (i.e. coolers versus corrugated boxes).
Pick accessory packs as assigned.
Make Picking boxes as assigned.
Report any/all batch number or quantity discrepancies related to Finished Goods stock.
Perform cycle counting of assigned materials I products. Assist in reconciling variances.
Perform temperature monitoring of warehouse, freezer, and refrigerators. Pull I replace temperature
monitor devices as part of calibration requirements.
Pick material issue tickets in support of internal stock requests.
Perform daily housekeeping of the Distribution area to ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
**Qualifications:**
Basic knowledge of Distribution or Order Fulfillment logistics.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Basic math skills.
Ability to drive forklift trucks, operate pallet jacks, and operate other related warehouse equipment.
Superb attention to detail.
Good organizational skills.
Ability to take direction and work in a team oriented environment.
High School diploma or equivalent.
