The Lodge at Whitefish Lake, one of Montana's AAA Four Diamond resorts, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to work with our Maintenance Team.

MAIN DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES:

FacilitiesMaintenance: Maintain in good working order and condition all areas of hotelutilities and basic functions (i.e.) electrical, plumbing, telephone, HVAC,audio systems, outdoor irrigation, elevators, alarm systems, pool systems, andall Guest Room amenities requiring maintenance.

WorkOrder Protocol: Monitor the scope of work and pace of completion of tasks thatcome through the Work Order System. Timely completion is desirable, butdiscretion is important as to the management of time and resources. Adherenceto the procedure and diligence regarding the system key functions.

Attendance:Full time position requiring regular, reliable, and punctual attendance.

WorkEnvironment: Most work will be performed within the greater Lodge property's holdings. The Maintenance shop and the mechanical rooms throughout the propertywill require the most attention.

Occasionaltasks related to ordering and purchasing will require offsite meetings andtrips. Lodge vehicles will be provided.

Experience in the construction industry is required includingknowledge of all or several of the following areas: plumbing, electrical,telephone, HVAC, audio, outdoor irrigation, alarm systems, pool and spa, basiccomputer skills and experience with hand tools.

QUALIFICATIONSTANDARDS

EDUCATION

High School graduate or equivalent required.

EXPERIENCE/ LICENSES OR CERTIFICATES

2+ years in similar role

SCHEDULE / HOLIDAYS/PTO:

The Engineering Technician is expectedto keep a regular working schedule in his home department and adjust as neededaccording to business demands. A requirement of 40 hours per week is expectedfor full time employees and as agreed for part time employees. Working weekendsand holidays may be required at times.

NOTICE:

Standing, bending, stooping, andlifting weights up to and including 50 lbs. may be required. The hospitality business functions seven (7)days a week, twenty-four hours a day. Inaddition, this is a hospitality business, and a hospitable service atmospheremust be projected at all times.
