Job Details
Responsibilities
Develop and manage roadmap for ongoing advertising and website experience optimizations
Assist in creation of executive-level reporting on marketing strategies, results, and roadmap
Uncover insights and make recommendations based off of this analysis and research
Distill complex marketing analysis into clear, simple presentations
Track, analyze, and report marketing initiatives
Create and distribute performance reports to key stakeholders regarding MTD/YTD program performance and progress towards established goals
Develop program forecasts and projections based on performance to date and expectations of future initiatives
Identify and socialize insights for program optimization
Compile and analyze data to monitor program performance
Participate in program results analyses and provide actionable recommendations to meet or exceed goals
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Candidate has 3-5+ years of experience in Marketing Analysis or Data Analytics
Prior experience in a marketing department or advertising agency with a focus on performance marketing programs preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Expert level Excel
Proficient with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Ads Reporting
Strong analytical skills
