Role: Business Systems Analyst
Remote, strictly W2 role (requires occasional travel to Auburn Hills, MI or Frisco, TX)
Required skills:
Business Systems Analyst with strong banking experience and fully conversant with Agile/Scum/Kanban needed.
Industry experience - Banking
Technology skills Microservices, data pipeline, kafka with previous technical background.
The candidates may get assigned to technical projects such as Oracle application upgrade or data pile-line development to manage requirements.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist teams in translating business features into technical requirements.
- Triage incoming requests to effectively assign tickets to the right team members
- Create documentation and info sessions to educate client crews on the product
- Coordinate project - project management skills are important
Requirements:
- A highly motivated person interested in a fast-paced, highly technical project
- Prior experience in Business Analysis is an asset
- Knowledge or understanding of data pipelines and microservices architecture is an asset
- Previous experience in financial markets is an asset
