quality craftsmanship, exceptional customer service, and innovative roofing technologies. We are currently in growth mode. We are growing quickly so we are needing project managers that are also leaders, and can transition into other management positions.
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Roofing
Salesman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, cultivating relationships
with potential clients, and closing sales for our roofing services. This role involves a combination
of canvassing, networking, and utilizing your sales skills to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing in residential areas to generate leads and identify potential
clients. Often times this occurs in the evenings from 4-7pm or Saturday and Sunday mid day
(this is essential for success)
- Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, property managers, and contractors.
- Educate clients about our roofing products, services, and the benefits of choosing Pristine
Roofing
- Provide accurate estimates and quotes for roofing projects based on client needs and budget
constraints.
- Follow up with leads and inquiries in a timely manner to ensure a high level of customer
satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop strategies for increasing sales
and expanding our customer base.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and pricing to effectively position
our offerings in the market.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 50 per week
