Job Title: Senior Principal - Solution Architect

Qualifications
- Aligning the IT structure with the goals and objectives of the business to ensure that all IT systems and technology are working together efficiently to support the business.
- Ensure Org IT Strategy is aligned with its business goals, Align on business priorities and business needs.
- Developing and maintaining the enterprise architecture to create an overview of the current and future state of the organization's IT systems.
- Define long-term enterprise architecture blueprint, and strategy to support business growth for next 3-5yrs and help to plan for readiness of systems across various business functions.
- Preparing future technology needs by studying industry and technology trends to find areas for improvement and new technology that may benefit the organization.
- Good working knowledge of one or more of the following: Business Architecture, Application Architecture, Security Architecture, Microservices architecture, Service Oriented Architecture, API architecture and technology Architecture.
- Studying existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement, such as lowering costs or increasing efficiency.
- Communicating with IT and management teams to ensure that the IT systems meet their needs.
- Managing and implementing new systems or changes to existing systems.
- Evaluate internal functions, business development strategies and IT processes and suggest improvements.
- Drive operational excellence and NFRs such as scalability, reliability, security, quality, operability, DR etc.
- Creating business architecture models to reflect the organization s strategies and goals and creating and implementing business visions and goals.
- Evaluating systems engineering, talent recruiting and accounting models for discrepancies and vulnerabilities.
- Suggest ideas to reduce costs in IT and business leadership.
- Organizing training to improve employees knowledge and skills for future organizational growth.
- Conducting research in talent management to improve the organization s business operations
- Providing business architecture and systems processing guidance.
- Ensuring the efficiency, security, and support of the organization s goals.
- Creating methods for compliance architecture, such as data storage, metadata management and change control.
Base Salary: $180000per annum to $200000per annum; Full-time; Mid-Senior level plus.
In addition, we offer a bonus which is dependent on the achievement of targets by the role holder and the organization.
The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and job level and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
