Job Duties:- Provide technical repairs for complex electronic, mechanical, and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
- Troubleshoot, repair, fabricate, and install electronic systems, complex gauges, instrumentation, and new parts, encompassing both mechanical and electronic interfaces.
- Diagnose and repair electronic, electric, and pneumatic controls and instrumentation, used for equipment performance, building access, automation systems, fire protection, material handling, and energy measurement.
- Assist production workers in diagnosing malfunctions, execute major equipment overhauls, and test equipment after repairs or downtime.
- Maintain production equipment while adhering to defined production schedules.
- Operate a variety of machinery and tools, including saws, drills, power tools, scissor lifts, and forklifts.
- Interact with and maintain records in compliance with Maintenance Management System requirements, utilizing computer systems for communication.
- Complete duties following quality assurance, GMPs, safety, and other company procedures and regulations.
Qualifications:- High school diploma with a minimum of 3 years of experience in instrumentation, measurement and control systems, electronics, mechanical, and/or electrical experience in industrial and manufacturing machinery.
- Allen Bradley controls experience. Rockwell software experience is preferred.
- Experience in three of the following skills: refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and food manufacturing process controls.
- Knowledge of equipment set-up, functionality, operating procedures, and preventative maintenance techniques.
