Job Summary:

Job Duties:
  • Provide technical repairs for complex electronic, mechanical, and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
  • Troubleshoot, repair, fabricate, and install electronic systems, complex gauges, instrumentation, and new parts, encompassing both mechanical and electronic interfaces.
  • Diagnose and repair electronic, electric, and pneumatic controls and instrumentation, used for equipment performance, building access, automation systems, fire protection, material handling, and energy measurement.
  • Assist production workers in diagnosing malfunctions, execute major equipment overhauls, and test equipment after repairs or downtime.
  • Maintain production equipment while adhering to defined production schedules.
  • Operate a variety of machinery and tools, including saws, drills, power tools, scissor lifts, and forklifts.
  • Interact with and maintain records in compliance with Maintenance Management System requirements, utilizing computer systems for communication.
  • Complete duties following quality assurance, GMPs, safety, and other company procedures and regulations.


Qualifications:
  • High school diploma with a minimum of 3 years of experience in instrumentation, measurement and control systems, electronics, mechanical, and/or electrical experience in industrial and manufacturing machinery.
  • Allen Bradley controls experience. Rockwell software experience is preferred.
  • Experience in three of the following skills: refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and food manufacturing process controls.
  • Knowledge of equipment set-up, functionality, operating procedures, and preventative maintenance techniques.
