THIS IS A SEASONAL POSITIONCamp Best Friends - Summer Program Counselor [Transportation - Driver]Salary: $15.50Purpose of Classification:The purpose of this job is to provide program assistance with the Camp Best Friends summer season. Duties include but are not limited to: working cooperatively with administration and camp staff, providing support to the Office of Recreation programming team, providing superior customer service, and abiding by organizational policy and procedures.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The following duties are normal for this job. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive. Other duties may be required or assigned.Work Delegation:* Assist with the coordination of services and activities for summer program with internal and external agencies/organizations* Monitor summer transportation; serve as liaison to recreation centers and transportation* Assist with administrative tasks* Respond to customer inquiries and requests made by phone or email* Assist with program site evaluationsPlanning and Organizing:* Assist with the planning and implementation of educational, recreational, and social enrichment activities* Assist with program file management* Assist with the development of reports as required* Assist with the coordination of camp transportation* Attends program meetings, trainings, and workshops as designated by supervisor
