Position: Leasing Agent
Location: West Palm Beach, FL
Pay: $18/hr to $20/hr (depending on experience)
Experience: Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields
Education: High school diploma or GED
Type: Full-time; Contract
Schedule: Monday Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
HH Staffing is seeking a Leasing Agent to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Coordinate move-in procedures and prepare lease documentation
- Facilitate the leasing of apartments
- Generate and handle client traffic and locate qualified prospects
- Provide high quality resident service; communicate residents needs to the maintenance team and appropriate office staff
Position Requirements:
- Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills, tax credit experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
