**Home Care Aide**

We work closely with our caregivers and clients to find both the best possible match taking into account travel, personality and other factors to make sure you and the client get to develop a human relationship. **POSITION SUMMARY:** We are looking for Home Care Aides to work various shifts to provide low-level, in-home care and related services to help maintain the independent functioning of older adults and disabled individuals in their homes in Pierce County, WA.
**QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:** To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
* Must pass background check(s).
* Must have reliable automobile with the ability to drive to any location within Pierce County.
* Must have a valid driver license and auto insurance.
* Must have valid credentials, including: Home Care Aide Certificate, Certified Nursing Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner.
* Must maintain licensure and ongoing Continuing Education (CE) training/requirements as established by Washington State Law.
* Must have flexible availability to work a variety of scheduled shifts. This includes some weekends and holidays, depending on the clients needs.
* Must be available to work at least 20 hours a week.
