We are seeking a talented Branding Designer to join our team and play a key role in shaping our brand identity through consistent and captivating visuals across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines and standards that exude luxury and sophistication, ensuring consistency across digital, print, and packaging mediums.
- Create exquisite design assets including logos, typography, color palettes, and visual elements that reinforce the brand's prestige and resonate with our customer base.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement brand standards effectively into various projects, aligning with business objectives and customer expectations.
- Conceptualize and craft exceptional print materials and innovative packaging solutions that epitomize luxury and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Assist in the development of compelling product graphics, promotional materials, catalogues, and brand campaigns tailored to our valued customers, enriching their journey with our brand.
- Produce high-quality digital and print graphics, animations, and interactive elements, ensuring a seamless brand experience across all touchpoints of the customer journey.
- Translate packaging concepts into visually appealing solutions that elevate product presentation and contribute to a memorable customer experience.
- Review and approve design deliverables to ensure they adhere to brand guidelines and reflect the desired aesthetic and quality.
- Conduct regular audits to monitor brand compliance and identify areas for improvement or refinement, staying updated on industry trends and best practices. As well as enhancing every aspect of the customer's interaction with our brand.
- Partner with the e-commerce team to seamlessly integrate packaging designs into online shopping experiences, ensuring a cohesive brand journey from browsing to purchase.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in digital and/or graphic design or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a creative role, with a focus on luxury branding and packaging.
- Proven expertise in professional digital and print design, demonstrated through a portfolio showcasing creativity and mastery.
- Proficiency in design software programs such as Adobe Suite and Figma.
- Front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, and JS) are a plus but not required.
- Exceptional ability to articulate design ideas and concepts for campaigns and projects, with a keen understanding of how these elements contribute to the overall customer journey.
- Outstanding team player with exceptional organizational and technical skills.
- Proficiency in video editing and animation is desirable, enriching the brand's multimedia presence and enhancing customer engagement.
