Job Summary:
This role is primarily responsible for a high volume of commercial billing and collection.
- Processing of invoices, billing statements, and billing inquiries while also answering and directing telephone inquiries from clients
- Billing cycle by verifying the appropriate charges
- Invoice in and submit invoices to customers via mail, email and/or submissions through various billing portals
- Manage questions, address complaints, explain information and take messages for all calls and email messages related to collections
- General office duties such as photocopying, faxing, and filing
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- 2 years in Accounts Receivable or similar role
- Pleasant demeanor when dealing with customers both externally and internally
- Exceptional levels of attention to detail
