**Credit & Collections**

As a Representative in a Credit & Collections Call Center, youll take a lead in keeping our customers connected. You will deliver a positive experience while working with customers to bring their overdue accounts current. Providing top-notch customer service with empathy and innovative solutions is what will deliver the answers our customers need while also delivering a best-in-class experience.

As a Customer Service Representative, youll be part of a team of professionals dedicated to assisting customers with billing issues, technical questions, or just providing general help regarding their service. Youll accomplish all of this using various tools and systems, as well as through your research savvy and resolution skills.

**Loyalty (Retention)**

As a Representative in a Loyalty Call Center, youll use an empathetic ear to deliver strong conflict resolution and relationship building skills to retain our valued customers. You will use your talents to offer customized solutions and transform a frustrated exchange to a best-in-class customer experience.

* A high school diploma or have earned your GED

* At least one year of customer service/sales work experience

* Familiarity with Windows computers

Answer your calling and take the lead at our company. As a member of our Call Center team, youll work at the center of the action and redefine how our customers engage with the latest product offerings, media and entertainment. As a Telesales Representative, youll identify sales opportunities and offer customized solutions to customers. Success in this role will require a motivated, competitive mindset as youll consistently work to meet sales quotas and services objectives. Youll need to exhibit calm under pressure and be persuasive and sales-driven. With each inbound call, youll work to cultivate a positive customer relationship; utilizing proven sales and saves techniques to maintain customer loyalty and sell products. You may interact with frustrated customers and be tasked with lowering their resistance and even saving customers that are calling to disconnect their services.

You may also be required to:

* Handle wireless local number portability (WLNP), relocations, combined bill support, after hours inquiries and pre-paid service.

* Troubleshoot and resolve customer impacting issues such as but not limited to: voice & data issues that span multiple networks and interdependent network elements, considering network conditions, connectivity, devices, applications, provisioning and billing.

* Assist customers with products and services such as but not limited to laptop connect services including air cards, USB devices, initial set-up, configuration of AT&T provided software & applications.

* Proactively engage T3 support (network and IT) to address & resolve issues.

* Remain proficient in all billing, rate plan and feature matters.

We prefer that you have:

* 6 months to 1 year of customer service/sales work experience

* Familiarity with Windows computers

* An ability to deliver regular and reliable attendance

We also offer a competitive compensation package. Starting pay ranges from $11.13 to $18.20 hourly; bring your experience and qualifications to sweeten the deal. In addition to the hourly wage, there are incentives and representatives can also make up to 300% of their $1000 monthly target incentive, up to $3000.
