Sterling Search Partners is helping a growing Birmingham client with its search for a Regional Property Manager. Our client is looking for a Regional Property Manager to oversee a large swathe of properties. You take on a variety of different tasks in this role, from arranging for maintenance to meeting with tenants to having them sign lease agreements. You are also in charge of the mitigation of any tenant issues. You are responsible for the success of our various properties, and you need to be able to travel around the region to inspect them for compliance issues. Our ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in business and several years of property management experience.
Regional Property Manager Duties and Responsibilities
- Travel to all of our properties for inspections
- Arrange for maintenance repairs as needed
- Meet with potential tenants
- Help mitigate tenant issues
- Manage the budget for maintenance and services
Regional Property Manager Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant field
- Several years of property management experience
- Budget management and vendor management experience
- Experience with Yardi and similar software
- Communication and problem-solving skills
