$46/hr PLUS differentials

LPN Salary Rate

$43/hr PLUS differentials

Internal Staffing Agency (RN/LPN) Requirements:

• Valid RN or LPN license in the state of Massachusetts

• Must pick up shifts at a minimum of 2 BaneCare facilities

Internal Staffing Agency (RN/LPN) Job Duties:

• Nursing Home/Long Term Care experience

• Administer Meds, Complete Assessments, and ensure all necessary care is properly delivered to residents

• Assess residents and coordinate with Physicians on plan of care

• Develop, write, execute, and monitor Care Plans for resident safety and well-being

• Maintain safety of residents

• Follow appropriate regulatory guidelines
