Job Details
Small law firm located in Tucker seeks mid-level corporate associate attorney. This is a full time, in-person position. We are seeking to fill this position by July 1, 2024. The successful candidate will perform sophisticated transactional work in a relaxed (for a law firm) atmosphere. Moderate hours requirement and potential flexibility in work schedule. The successful candidate will have substantial client interaction.
Requirements
- Two to six years of experience in corporate transactional work
- Ability and willingness to handle a wide variety of corporate matters, including contracts, policies, procurement, leases, software licenses, and organizational and governance documents
- Experience with utility law preferred, but not required
- Book of business not required
Qualifications
- J.D. degree from ABA accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in Georgia and in good standing
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent time management, organizational, and leadership skills
- Adaptable, good listener with a willingness to learn
