Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Developer/Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our team of designers and developers to build and maintain our internal applications, as well as gather requirements and communicate with stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a both a background in web development and the ability to act as a business analyst to gather application requirements from a manufacturing/plant operations function.
Essential Functions:
Design, develop and maintain web applications using JavaScript, HTML, CSS and PHP
Collaborate with development team to implement new features and improve existing functionality
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise
Stay up-to-date with emerging web technologies and programming languages
Act as a business analyst to communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs and
translate them into technical requirements
Create user stories, use cases, and functional requirements documents
Support manufacturing execution systems, labeling, and warehouse solutions
Use SQL to manage and analyze data
Job Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
2+ years of experience in web development, with a strong focus on JavaScript/HTML/CSS
Solid understanding of web development best practices and design patterns
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to act as a business analyst to gather requirements from stakeholders
