Job Title: Member Care Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee enrollment and system resets with Dealertrack.
  • Coordinate title pickups across departments.
  • Track, review, and manage titles.
  • Handle insurance claims for service refunds.
  • Conclude F&I negotiations and resolve rejections.
  • Ensure financial process compliance with service and warranty lists.
  • Reach out to dealerships for outstanding refunds.
  • Collaborate with Dealer Services to resolve issues with unresponsive dealerships.
  • Track outstanding dealership requests and assess accounts for Collateral Protection Insurance.
  • Monitor border seizures and vehicle notices.
  • Collaborate with Asset Management for collateral retrieval.
  • Stay updated on state and federal credit union compliance laws.
  • Document account activities and handle escalated Member Care efforts.
  • Maintain records for delinquent accounts and payments received.
  • Foster positive relations with members and internal teams.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Credit Union products and procedures.
  • Provide support for escalated calls and special projects.
  • Address inquiries on delinquent loans and uphold Fair Debt Collection Practices.



Minimum Qualifications:

  • Call center and/or member service experience, excellent communicator.
  • Can use multiple systems simultaneously.
  • 1-2 years Collections Experience required.
  • Thrive working in a fast-paced environment.


Soft Skills: Good communication, both written and verbal


Location: This is 100% Onsite Role (Sacramento,CA)

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $30000 $40000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
