**Spa Attendant, Kohler Water Spa**

**Opportunity**
Our Kohler Waters Spa team at Lincoln Park offers more than 50 innovative spa services using the healing properties of Earths mineral-rich waters and provides an oasis of tranquility in the heart of a bustling Windy City neighborhood. Join our world-class team of spa professionals and help our guests renew and recharge while they experience five-star living at its finest.
Specific responsibilities of a spa attendant include:
* Supporting the cleanliness and maintenance of the Kohler Waters Spa facility and equipment
* Attending to the desk to accommodate client check-in for sandals, robes and lockers
* Maintaining neatness and order around the Spa Relaxation Pool lounge area
* Assisting Group Coordinator with setup tasks involving special group requirements
* Consistently maintaining cleanliness of desk, reception area, retail centers, and flooring
* Being responsible for knowing and performing proper opening/closing procedures
* Assisting spa technicians with locating guests, giving messages or communicating guest's needs
* Maintaining a high level of customer service for all spa guests
This is a part time position, working weekdays & weekends with shifts between 8:00am and 9:00pm.
**Skills/Requirements**
* Customer service related experience required
* Strong attention to detail preferred
* Flexible availability
