Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced IV Nurse Specialist to provide exceptional patient care and administer IV therapies in our state-of-the-art clinic. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, a commitment to patient safety, and a proactive approach to healthcare delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Perform IV access and administer IV therapies with precision and expertise.
- Perform IM & SC vitamin injections.
- Prep and infuse/administer IV bags and injections according to regulatory guidelines and standards.
- Monitor patients during IV therapy sessions and injections, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Educate patients on the benefits of IV therapies and injections and answer their questions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Work as an RN independently on shift and collaborate well with our Front Desk Manager.
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience administering IV therapies in a clinical setting.
- Very high proficiency & confidence in PIV & IV insertion.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- A friendly and kind demeanor.
- A passion for holistic wellness and a commitment to providing compassionate patient care.
Benefits:
- $35/hour pay with added sales/"busy day" bonuses & tips that can add an average of $5/hour.
