Quanex is looking for a Production Supervisor (Night Shift) to join our Night Shift team located in Bowling Green, Kentucky.
In this position, you will be responsible for directing and motivating employees to achieve department goals of quality, production, safety, and continuous improvement. Responsible for production flow and resolution of matters that occur within the department.
- Pay: $67,000 - $80,000 annually, based on experience
- Night Shift: 7:30 PM - 6:00 AM (Monday - Thursday) + occasional overtime on Fridays

What Success Looks Like:

- Counsel, motivate and instruct departmental personnel in machine operation and concerns through daily interaction.
- Proactively present ideas and information concisely and clearly in both oral and written form.
- Work effectively with peers and all levels of management to achieve divisional objectives and promote teamwork.
- Maintain documentation to support all department activities.
- Operate various types of production equipment as required.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of progressive manufacturing experience with at least 3 years working in a leadership capacity.
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor s degree preferred.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced, complex, dynamic business environment.
- Demonstrated strong leadership, team building, coaching and the ability to build a culture and motivate people is required.
