At PIRCH we are empowered, knowledgeable and caring. As the Showroom Concierge, you make visitors feel welcomed as they enter the store and are responsible for orienting guests to the PIRCH store experience, answering questions, based on their interest connecting them with a member of the Sales Consultant team and attending to guests needs. In addition, this role supports sales by providing beverage and culinary support for customer meetings, events, and classes.
**Essential Functions**
* Acknowledge and engage with each customer visiting the Store and treat them as if they were guests in your home at all times
* Deliver the PIRCH experience, educating customers about possibilities and products
* Connect customers with appropriate PIRCH team member
* Monitor the boutique floor to actively engage guests
* Assist guests with the purchase of boutique items
* Prepare hot and cold drink offerings as well as serve sweet and savory food and beverages for all sales needs, as requested by Store leadership and Sales Consultant
* Clean and manage all work areas, floors, utensils, equipment, service and seating while adhering to safe food-handling procedures and sanitation practices
* Diligently follow required safety procedures
* Coordinates and schedules with events and formal dining in the showroom
* Orders, receives and maintains stock to run espresso bar
**Experience**
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required
* Training in food service, preparation and guest services preferred
* State Food Handlers card required
* Experience coordinating mid to large-size events preferred
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills using all mediums (e.g. phone, email, face to face)
