Mulberry is partnering with our longtime client a family-owned company with 110-year deep PNW roots to hire for a Customer Service Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced manager of people and customer service best practices to add immediate impact and help develop this new position for a fast-growing company. You will have the opportunity to work closely with multiple dynamic departments reporting to the Supply Chain Manager. They are an admired leader in their industry and obsessed with providing the highest quality product courtesy of happy and healthy chickens.


A day in the life:

  • Build and nurture customer relationships while driving customer adoption and retention.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members in managing customer relationships and resolving escalations.
  • Owns and ensures successful resolution of escalated customer concerns.
  • Train and develop team members with a focus on maintaining and building direct, consistent, and key customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with all departments to align customer service efforts with overall company goals, driving employee development and mission alignment.
  • Conduct and manage departmental performance reviews.


Your areas of knowledge and expertise:

  • 5+ years of B2B customer service management experience including leading a team, contact center operations, customer service principles, methodologies, and best practices
  • Advanced Excel, proficient MS Office and experience with ERP systems
  • Experience in food or beverage distribution or manufacturing preferred
  • Experience working with large and big box retail as the end customer
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced dynamic environment while maintaining organization, attention to detail, ability to manage projects and have fun!

Compensation and Benefits: $70,000-$75,000/year. Medical and Dental insurance at a very generous rate. The company also provides paid time off, short term disability, 401(k), holiday pay, company provided life insurance, and more.
