Allstar Heating and Air Conditioning is looking to hire a Customer Service Lead Specialist.
Buellton based Heating and Air conditioning Company has been serving Santa Barbara County for over 30 years. We are fully equipped, licensed, and highly accredited company with a long standing history of excellence
**If you have:**
* Outgoing Personality
* Strong People Skills
* Bilingual skills are plus
* Sales experience preferred (but not required)
We will train the right person for success. This is a great part-time job with flexible hours and the possibility for growth within the company.
**Duties include:**
* Engage with Costco members to drive new leads
* Report leads/timesheets to Allstar contact for each shift (smartphone required)
* Must be able to stand for 4-6 hours per shift
* Professional conduct and appearance Non-Smoking
* Great customer service
* Able to pass a background check and drug test
These specialists greet customers and discuss their potential heating and air conditioning needs within Costco Wholesale SB and SM locations.
Lead Generators are paid an hourly rate with bonuses based on closed leads and completed Jobs
