The company is looking to add a Senior Financial Analyst to the group to handle both regular financial reporting package preparation and commercial finance. The role is offered with a hybrid work schedule and a competitive compensation package. Additionally, there is an accelerated path to Manager for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and maintenance of financial models, forecasts, and budgets using Adaptive Planning and NetSuite.
- Analyze financial performance and key metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Partner with department heads to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
- Prepare and present financial reports, variance analysis, and executive summaries to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes and efficiency.
- Support strategic initiatives, including M&A activities, by conducting financial due diligence and integration analysis.
- Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the high-tech industry.
- Proficiency in Adaptive Planning and NetSuite, with advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and delivering actionable insights.
