As a Client Onboarding Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for new clients. You will work closely with the business development team, client management team, and cross-functional teams to coordinate onboarding activities, communicate policies and procedures, and ensure new clients are set up for success. This will require an understanding of what clients need to provide, such as access to their Google Business Profile, website hosting and development, Google Ad access, and other necessary documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process, from gathering client information to facilitating kickoff meetings and ensuring successful transition to marketing services.
  • Work closely with business development, client management, and cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective onboarding plans.
  • Communicate and reinforce company policies and procedures to new clients, ensuring compliance and understanding.
  • Assist with the new client paperwork process, including contracts, agreements, and other necessary documentation.
  • Coordinate with clients to obtain access to their Google Business profile, website hosting, website development, Google Ad access, and any other necessary client-provided resources.
  • Conduct post-onboarding surveys and follow-up with clients to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to onboarding activities and new clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to client onboarding and customer experience, and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in client onboarding, account management, or related field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Zoho Projects
  • Knowledge of client service best practices and customer experience principles
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
