The ideal candidate for our Member Service Specialist position is someone who is very organized, enjoys working in a fast paced environment and can relate to all kinds of people. You are motivated, outgoing, and complete tasks promptly. You are a team-player who adapts to new situations with ease, all while being highly detail-oriented. Your communication skills rock!
You support the organization by promoting new business, managing and tracking leads via our CRM, finalizing new enrollments, completing filing tasks & organizing records, summarizing & charting key data, reports and completing other projects as requested. You are upbeat when answering phones, take detailed messages, and follow-up in a timely manner. *You have the flexibility to respond promptly to leads that arrive outside of your scheduled hours. You organize your work and ensure success by making copies, file correspondence, and, at the end of the day, you ask what else you can help with before you clock out.

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes Desired:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, CRM, customer service, and marketing preferred
- High School Diploma or higher
- Must have knowledge of
