Job Description - Our client, a provider of specialty services with a focus on the commercial, energy, and industrial sectors is seeking several Special Projects Private Utility Locators to enhance their dynamic team. There are three divisions of the business, including Civil, Oil and Gas, and Hydrovac. This position is geared towards professionals who are adept at prioritizing client relationships and market development, while also excelling in field work and the prompt delivery of comprehensive reports to uphold the company's esteemed reputation. These positions require candidates from the Fort Walton Beach, FL, Panama City Beach, FL & Brunswick, GA area.


Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Building: Focus on cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, promptly addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction with provided services. Actively pursue opportunities for business expansion with existing clients and engage in strategic outreach to potential new clients to broaden the company s market influence.
  • Field Work: Conduct precise utility locating using specialized equipment and techniques to accurately identify and mark subsurface utilities. Ensure the safety and efficiency of all field operations by adhering to strict safety protocols and regulations.
  • Report Generation: Produce detailed and accurate reports based on field work outcomes, enabling clients to make well-informed decisions regarding construction and excavation projects.
  • Timely Delivery: Commit to meeting all project deadlines, ensuring the timely delivery of reports and other deliverables to maintain and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Reputation Management: Uphold and enhance the company s stellar reputation by consistently delivering top-quality services, adhering to industry best practices, and professionally resolving any issues that arise.
  • Continuous Improvement: Champion efficiency and accuracy in field and reporting processes. Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
