Duties and responsibilities:
- Performing all carpentry duties required, including both rough and finish carpentry.
- Maintaining accurate records of all work done by the project team.
Qualifications:
- Dependable transportation and valid Driver s License.
- Must be able to work 40 hours a week.
- Applicants must have 5 years of full time, verifiable experience with a working knowledge of all facets of remodeling (residential and light commercial) and some portion of this experience in residential remodeling and frame carpentry and interior.
- Good communication skills and leadership qualities.
- Good decision making and organization skills.
- Should have a strong understanding of geometry and aesthetic appeal of designs
- Experience working with architectural drawings and details
- Owns basic construction tools and attire
