**Job description**
**Delivery PMO
Glasgow**
As a Barclays Delivery PMO you will manage Execution Risk effectively and deliver on our Group strategy in line with the relevant policies and standards using standard processes and tools to improve the level and likelihood of successful outcomes. You will work with stakeholders to ensure awareness is maintained of initiative progress and deliver the required information for them to make the right decisions in a timely manner.

Managing and maintaining initiative documentation and facilitate key governance forums
Safeguarding effective change control processes, ensuring the business case is updated and managed through appropriate governance
You will support the Programme and Delivery Leads in determining, monitoring and managing workforce and financial requirements
Supporting in assessing risks from the change, including tracking of thematic issues, early identification and management of RAIDs, completing CRIA where required
Tracking outcomes, ensuring planned outputs deliver the agreed outcomes and they remain relevant, enabled through provision of timely MI.
Drawing insights from available information to inform daily delivery such as challenging progress, prioritisation of resources or stop/start/continue decisions
Tracking the benefits and costs, driving budget efficiency
Building strong and trusted relationships with a network of key stakeholders to that support the early resolution of risks and issues helping to solve complex problems
**What were looking for:**
Project Management and PMO governance experience in Financial Services/Markets and/or Asset Management
Demonstrable industry experience and ability to master and navigate new subject domains quickly
Analytical skills and proficient in full Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
Passionate, energetic, motivated and resilient with strong communication skills
**Skills that will help you in the role:**
Professional qualifications (e.g. CFA, FRM or Project Management methodology)
Experience of Programme Manager Tools (e.g. Navigator)
Macro product experience across Cash and Derivatives (Rates, FX, Emerging Markets)
Solid understanding of the trade lifecycle and the wider ecosystem of an Investment Bank
**Where will you be working**
Tay House is nestled in a fantastic central city location. Our modern Glasgow Contact Centre is directly next to the M8 and a short walk from Central Station and Charing Cross train station. Tay House offers a communal coffee pod, but if you fancy nipping out we are right next to two of the main shopping streets in the city centre.
